Cancellation Policy

Chester Tennis Club reserves the right to hold all customers financially responsible for the full cost of the program, class, or lesson unless notice of cancellation is given prior to 8:00 pm the night before the program is held. Cancellations should be done via email to tennis@playctc.com. This includes all private lessons, team practices, adult drills, junior clinics, and any other club programs
Makeup Policy

All players are allowed up to 2 makeups per session. All makeups should be scheduled via email to tennis@playctc.com
